Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What age groups do you train?

We work with athletes of all ages, from youth (starting at 8 years old) to adults and professional athletes. Our training programs are tailored to the specific developmental needs of each age group.

How do I get started with BSAG?

Getting started is easy! You can book a free consultation call through our website, email us directly, or give us a call. During the consultation, we'll discuss your athletic goals and recommend the best training program for you.

What should I bring to my first session?

For your first session, please bring athletic clothing, proper training shoes, a water bottle, and any necessary sports equipment (if applicable). We'll provide all other training equipment.

Do you offer online training programs?

Yes! We offer comprehensive online coaching programs for athletes who can't train with us in person. These include personalized workout plans, video analysis, and regular check-ins with our coaches.

How often should I train to see results?

For optimal results, we recommend training 2-3 times per week. However, the ideal frequency depends on your current fitness level, sport, and goals. Our coaches will create a customized plan that works for your schedule.

With 13+ years of experience and hundreds of successful athletes, our proven methodology combines cutting-edge techniques with personalized attention. Our coaches are professionally certified, and we focus on both physical and mental development for complete athletic performance.

Do you offer team training programs?

Absolutely! We provide specialized team training programs with one senior coach and one junior coach working with your entire team (up to 18 players). These sessions focus on sport-specific skills, team cohesion, and collective performance improvement.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for session cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. We understand that emergencies happen, so we're always willing to work with our athletes on a case-by-case basis.
